So how exactly can we stay one step ahead? Far from giving in to fatalism, and in order to rise to the challenge of the current turbulence, the dynamism of organisations will be crucial. They will need to articulate the convergence of data and tools, and demonstrate their agility by basing themselves on observability, an accelerator of digital transformation and digital experience, but also on automation, an indisputable differentiator.
Predictive technologies and quantum cryptography
There’s no let-up for cyber security, as the attack surface continues to expand! Particular attention will be paid to the arrival of the new generation of ransomware, the risks of threats in the cloud and against supply chains, the danger of a large-scale cyber attack, not to mention the difficulties of cyber insurance compensation and the continuing shortage of talent. Anomaly detection, behavioural modelling, predictive technologies and quantum cryptography are just some of the avenues to be explored.
More responsible and ethical Artificial Intelligence
Finally, in 2023, more than ever before, the focus will be on employees, the resources and pillars of the company’s creativity and added value. It will be essential to continue to inform them, train them and involve them in every project in order to gain their support and identify their expectations. In this sense, innovation is accelerating and becoming the guarantee of a more inclusive future, with hybrid work where equitable experiences will improve well-being, and with more responsible and ethical Artificial Intelligence to reduce potential harm and promote success.
